Over the years I've been asked a lot of questions about my business. I've always tried to give thoughtful, honest answers. I've been told I have a unique way of boiling down complicated business challenges which gives people clarity and the ability to improve their business. People started telling me "you should be giving speeches."

I've gone from being surprised by this reaction to inspired by it. I'm thrilled to be able to give people insights that help them succeed in business.

I started my business right out of college. While it grew very quickly, I was always falling short in either marketing, management or finance. After many years of trial and error — and a lot of terror — I realized that I had finally conquered the beast.

As my success began to be noted, through articles and awards, I started giving speeches. Much to my surprise people found them to be inspiring and actionable. I now recognize that my unique perspective on business problems and opportunities is valuable and can be translated to any business.

I enjoy helping other people succeed at their business mission, and giving them some business "life" perspective as well. People find my speeches educational, inspiring and entertaining.

I'm a retailer. I do speeches with the same approach I take with my customers. I don't want them satisfied, I want them thrilled!
